RADICAL SELF LOVE

one secret to my radical self love is.... singing love songs that are supposedly about someone’s beloved, LIKE I AM SINGING TO MYSELF.

might sound a little conceited, or weird ? idk and idc. that ish works. it plants a seed in your mind that you can have a deep and meaningful relationship with yourself, by putting all YOUR energy back into yourself NOT into some fantasy guy/gal who you could be singing about.

i remember when i had 0 self love, and had no idea what “self care” was...and it wasn’t too long ago. i’ve been so low that it’s hard to look in the mirror and come up with nice things to say about yourself. so why not use some grammy nominated lyrics to spark your creativity and kickstart your self love practice!? once you feel like you’ve got that part down, it’s time for the upgrade. i sing a lot of songs about “god” or “universe” and “source” AND i sing as if god/source/universe is singing for ME!

in this case, you are the baby that is being reassured that your highest self, god, source, loves you.

the purpose of our time here on this earth is to speak our truth, sing our song, share our beauty with the world. that’s why i believe this is such a powerful tool. professing your love of source and creation is extremely life changing.

thoughts create words create actions create reality.
